The Mount St. Mary Academy Class of 2026 participated in the time-honored tradition of receiving their senior rings during a special service at Christ the King Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 30. Following the opening hymn, the juniors celebrated Mass with their families in preparation of becoming next year’s leaders. The 2025-2026 Eucharistic Ministers – Julia Brown, Amelia Byers, Alyssa Carr, Josephina Ellis, Evie Jara, Caroline Koch, Ashley Molina, Charlotte Rader, Tatiana Spond, Oakley Wilbur and Josie Wrape – were installed during the service, as well.

Following the special Mass, homeroom teachers announced the names of all 119 members of the Class of 2026. As her name was called, each young woman stood and was presented her senior ring by a family member. At the conclusion, MSM Chaplain Msgr. Lawrence Frederick blessed the rings as the students collectively stood. The rings will not only serve as a symbol of the group’s class unity and leadership, but also as an important reminder to live Mercy every day.

Congratulations to next year’s leaders, the Mount St. Mary Academy Class of 2026!
